16 MILE MORNING RUN (MARATHON TRAINING)

It's always nice to reward yourself after an intense workout or run, I find coconuts to be the best way to get the natural salts, sugars and minerals back into the body, plus they just taste so good!! These are young Thai nuts from the wholesalers 100% COCO!! Sundays are usually my long runs as part of my Brighton marathon training regime. This morning was beautiful leaving the house at 6.30am while it's still almost dark, stillness on the streets, stillness in the mind. I decided to listen to an empowering interview with Timothy Shieff on the Rich Roll podcast which I highly recommend checking out, those guy are real men, ready to stand up for animals without a voice, go against the grain and challenge old beliefs through a saintly warrior approach, full of compassion and love. Big up!

Check out Richroll.com for loads of inspirational interviews with plant powered athletes.
